10 Days Tangier to Sahara Tour

Day 1: Arrival in Tangier

Arrive in Tangier, where our team will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Take the evening to relax and get ready for your Moroccan adventure.

Day 2: Tangier – Chefchaouen (Approx. 3–4 hour drive)

After breakfast, drive into the Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen, the enchanting blue city. Stroll through its winding streets, admire the blue-washed buildings, and enjoy the local atmosphere. Overnight in Chefchaouen.

Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes (Approx. 5–6 hour drive)

Depart Chefchaouen and visit Volubilis, the ancient Roman city with beautifully preserved mosaics. Continue to Meknes, an imperial city with grand gates and historic monuments. Arrive in Fes for a two-night stay.

Day 4: Explore Fes

Spend the day exploring the historic Fes Medina, famous for its labyrinth of streets, traditional tanneries, and impressive madrasas. Discover the rich culture, heritage, and architecture of this fascinating city. Overnight in Fes.

Day 5: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga (Approx. 7–8 hour drive)

Leave Fes and journey through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, known as “Little Switzerland,” and Midelt for lunch. Travel through the scenic Ziz Valley and reach Merzouga, on the edge of the Sahara. Enjoy a camel ride at sunset and spend the night in a traditional desert camp.

Day 6: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Ouarzazate (Approx. 6–7 hour drive)

Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes, then depart for Ouarzazate. En route, explore the dramatic Todra Gorges and the scenic Dades Valley. Overnight in Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Morocco.”

Day 7: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech (Approx. 4–5 hour drive)

Visit the UNESCO site of Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, famous for its ancient mud-brick architecture and movie sets. Continue across the High Atlas Mountains to reach Marrakech, where you’ll stay for two nights.

Day 8: Explore Marrakech

Discover the lively city of Marrakech, including Jemaa El–Fnaa square, the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, and Majorelle Garden. Explore colorful souks and experience the vibrant culture. Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 9: Marrakech – Casablanca (Approx. 3 hour drive)

Depart Marrakech for Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city. Visit the impressive Hassan II Mosque and take a stroll along the Corniche waterfront. Overnight in Casablanca.

Day 10: Departure from Casablanca

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure. Take with you unforgettable memories of Morocco’s cities, mountains, and deserts.
